   I was not impressed. I had purchased this to wear as I ran outside or inside. Since I had my heart attack it was recommended for me to watch my pulse at all times while excursing. I have a Garman 401; I can get my distance, time and about 20 other things if I want to. But I can’t see any of them because the writing is so small, if I have more than one of these up at a time. I thought this would allow me to monitor my pulse continually. Well it never worked with the Garman strap. Or at least I could not get it to work with it. I called Customer support and at first they never called me back. I would leave messages and tell them I would wait for about an hour for a return call. I would get a call the next day in the morning hours when I’m at work. When I would wear it to run with, if I touched it at all it seemed to go into a search mood or something else. It never stayed on my pulse. So in conclusion, out of all the pulse watches I have owned, this one was terrible, and the customer service was the poorest I have ever had. I let them know to call me between 5 and 8 PM, 3 times and they never did. So I would say this item was a poor poor purchase on my part. And a very unfuctional item on the company’s part.

   I ordered this watch to replace a Smarthealth watch I used for a year and a half. Waste of time. I place my fingers on the watch and the heart rate mode starts but the watch never delivers a pulse rate. I decided to try this watch because I thought it was a better looking than the Smarthealth. I’ll be ordering another Smarthealth.
