   I recently viewed an in-store sale featuring a set of 4-pound-dumbells at the price of $8.99 (for one pair). Given that it’s circa 2013, and currently priced at around 32 bucks, these “Sunny Neoprene Dumbbell Set with case” is worth it. The weights are organized in the plastic case, so the hand-weights stay relatively dust free in storage. Be sure to hold your stomach muscles in when you lift weights to protect your back.

   I love the product.

   I love this set of weights. I am fairly new to using weight and like the graduated set. I also like the case to keep them in. The are easy to tuck out of sight and easy to pull out again when needed. I think I would have liked the set to be 3, 5, & 8 pounds instead of 1, 3, & 5. The one pound weights seem ridiculous even to me:-)

   I have used this product on & off for several years and it works. I am a 162 lbs male and the Ab Slide Roller helps to give me defined abs, shoulder, chest and arm muscles, with just a few minutes use everyday. You’re getting an ab workout, as well as a push-up-type workout when you use this product. There is just one problem I’ve had consistantly with this piece of equipement, and it is the reason why I’m giving it a 3-1/2 star rating instead of a 4 or 5; it breaks. After just a few short months of use (and by “use” I mean using it in the proper, recomended and instructed way) the internal spring or coiled metal that gives the Ab Slide Roller its resistance, breaks. This has happened with every one of the Ab Slide Rollers I’ve purchased over the years. (Again, I am using it only in the proper and recomended way.) I’ve had them last as long as 6 -7 months and as little as 3. But, as I said at the outset, this product does work.

   I have always wanted to have a stomach worth showing and finally I have one!! I can’t wait to sport my bikini this summer!! This product is great! It is kind of wierd at first, but you truly do feel it the next day (in a good way)! Just 5-10 minutes a day and I saw results within the first couple of weeks! DEFINITELY worth every penny!
